The canine culture here at XPS stems from owner Chris Lavin, who has always been a true blue animal lover! He even feeds strays on his free time, whether it's the neighborhood cats or the wild ducks in the lake outside the office. While XPS employees enjoy catered lunches and happy hours, the office dogs indulge in dog treats at reception and frolic on the second floor which is complete with plenty of squeaky toys and water stations.
